Come and live with us in lovely Sharrow? Room available NOW NOW NOW - sharing with me (f, 33, smokes, likes gardening and dancing) and Dave (m, 26, plays guitar, likes sci-fi) and Beanie (cat, 6, tortie-cross, likes sunshine).
The room is a decent-sized furnished box room with a double bed and a large window. The window lets in the afternoon sun and looks down onto our lovely garden and decking/patio/barbecue area and veggie patch - great for summer :) There's no minimum or maximum contract term.
Rent is £240 pcm which includes Council Tax, Insurance, Water Rates and TV licence. Landline and Wireless Broadband is a fiver a month each. We share utilities 3 ways. The whole place was renovated when I moved in three years ago so it's still pretty shiny and is very homely :)
