They are ok, they have just put brand new doors and windows in and they are planning to put in new kitchens and bathrooms. Unfortunately, the area is chav central, gangs of them roaming the streets at night. Found two of them on my back garden last weekend, they had climbed over 2 fences to take a shortcut - got the usual abuse when I told them to bog off (it was a little stronger than that of course) Still waiting for them to come back and carry out their numerous threats.....
