Hi, I have recently started lure fishing on Damflask, but have not as yet had any success. I have used several different lures, and casted in several different areas. I cast quite far in and retrieve in a slow fashion. I do not know whether it is poor luck, bad technique or a bad time of year for pike/perch lure fishing. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

try up the neck end but fer fooks sake watch out fer daft ducks ??? try lures that are mainly green and orange and waggle ?? try fast fast slow retrieve, usually works for me... big pike flies are doing well fished with about a 1/2 oz bomb about 3 foot before the lure ;)
