Right-click your desktop -> Properties
Click on the tab that says Apperance
Change the style to summat like Classic Windows.
Failing that, take your PC back for a refund, citing its lack of user-friendliness :hihi:

You may find that if you have lost the font in the start then it's gonna be a full re-install cos you'll have damaged explorer.exe and that can be a real pain in the buttocks.....
Back to square 1 by the sounds of things and try again....:clap: :clap: :clap:

The font is Tahoma size 8.
Do as Abdul says to get the the APPEARANCE bit
Click the ADVANCED button
Click where it says ACTIVE WINDOW
At the bottom it will then say:
Item:
Active Title Bar
Underneath that, alter the font to TAHOMA, and the size to 8.

But wouldn't running sfc /scannow or at the worst, performing a repair install repair any damaged files :suspect:
