Awww how cute, I have a 1 1/2 year old male basset called Bowie and he's the best. Be warned that bassets are very stuburn and never do what you tell them, but thats really what makes you love them more.

i love cavaliers as well we used to have one years ago untill someone poisend him who diddent like dogs he was prosacuted his exsuce was he dident like him barking when he was playing we moved after that !!:(

im sorry to hear that, barking is just what dogs do, im glad he was punnished for that but probably no enough :rant:. that must have been a terrible time for you. hope you have better look with your basset hound, im sure you will she looks lovley. :)

Oh dear, I am so sorry to hear about your Mum being so poorly, you may be right perhaps this is not the right time for a puppy, they take such a lot of patience and time and it sounds like you have a lot on right now.
There are many many Puppies but only one Mum, I am sure that the breeder will understand.
Healing thoughts for your Mum and a big (((HUG))) for you.

i have phoned the breeder and said wolud it be possablie to have another one ,
when my mum is better and she was fine with it :) nice lady

I'm so glad that you were able to sort things out amicably with the breeder, just concentrate on being with your Mum for now... there will be a right time for a Basset hound, and getting him/her will feel all the more special for waiting.

good news she is naw sat up in a chair and is a little confused
she keeps thinking she been flying helicopters and she also is convinced she owns a donkey:huh:

the nurses say she is doeing remarkbley well
and it a miracile that shes alive
with every thing thats happend to her
it should of killed her but my mum has irish blood in her
+ my antie maggie brought her aleaf from what they found in ireland
when they where kids them selfs' and they allways said it was lucky
its been put in a little bag and taped to the end of her bed along with a
gaurdean angel from antie maggie as well
so she's defanetly got the luck of the irish :clap::banana:
