after loads of pm's urging me on ive decided to put myself forward for the posistion,but i need to know a few things from the current mods.

1. when on the forum what should i wear,i aint wore a shirt and tie since i got married years ago so where could i pick up a good second hand outfit,do i need one of them checked jackets with the patches on the elbows?

2.foot wear....when can i get a pair of sandals?

3.should i drink sherry or white wine when representing the forum at meet ups

4.is it essentional to close threads for no apparent reason,i'm thinking that this gets done when one thinks that ones subjects have forgotton how important one is,so the masses need reminding.

5.when seeing a post that may offend or contains bad language is it necesery to edit it in capitol bold letters (so that everyone knows who to thank) rather than just deleting it.

6.should i vote lib dem.

7.finally should i delete anything that i don't agree with or makes me look a pratt.

please add any comments that may come in useful as i intend to take my new posistion very seriously.

1. Cords and a sensible jumper is standard.
2. Sandals are available direct via a SF affiliate link.
3. White wine to start with, then sherry towards 10pm (bed time)
4. Yes, very essential - especially if you're losing the argument.
5. Yes, bold is fun.
6. Nah, they'll never get in power and if they did they would spend most of their time learning the basics of running a government. Having said that, I guess it's better than not voting at all.
7. Of course, otherwise why bother being a mod.

Any further comments... hmm... perhaps try reading announcements more carefully, in particular...
