Its a 1 bed, suitable for a maximum of 2 ppl (couple). Rent is £299pcm and includes water rates. Electric is paid in advance in cards for the meter and the council tax is band A. You can park off the road, but the area is well served by public transport. I know of 2 other people that are moving out, so there are now 3 flats up for grabs. The properties are let by Castle Estates. Hope this helps!
