We have looked at 40+ houses most of which were in Crosspool. We really want to buy there - have finances in place and are ready to go - with no chain.

We check estate agents websites everyday for new properties in Crosspool and view everything remotely suitable! Now getting v frustrated - can't find the right house here. Does anyone know of someone looking to sell in this area.

If so pls message me - we would like to buy asap and selling direct could save a bundle in Estate Agents fees!

Anyone with any advice on how we can get a foot in the door to buy in Crosspool - where we currently rent - feel free to let me know!

Have you looked on www.rightmove.co.uk ? I just did a quick search and it came up with loads of properties in the Crosspool area.
