Sounds good, when is the matches. I used to play for Hilsborough Hawks, but haven't played in 6 years or so? You looking for new players?
The matches are this Saturday, the first starts at 12pm the second 2:30pm. Your can also see the fixtures on the website.
New players of any level are always welcome, come down on a Tuesday or Thursday from 6:30pm, All Saints Catholic school.
We have a few lads who've played for the Hawks at one time or another, I'm sure you'll shake off the rust of those 6 years in no time, I had an 8 year break :)
Hope to see you down on Saturday.

Hi,
I got down for the second of the two games on Sat and really enjoyed it. The team doesn't look to bad, with a couple of players looking pretty useful. Think its just things like communication and tackling technique which are the issues in the side, all things that can be worked on.
Indeed, there was many lessons to be learnt from the match. I thought we did well, Thorne are a very good side (shame about their drunken supporters) and that was our first match at the level, I'm sure we'll pick-up what they did right and implement it into our own game.
We're in Scunthorpe next week where we'll again be running two matches, I hope to see you down at training on Tuesday or Thursday.

Hi,
I've heard about the Forgers and fancy playing rugby again, the only problem is I'm due an operation this week so will be out of action for a month or so but I really ant to play again this summer.
I played fort the Hawks up until being 15 then played at Abbeydale until being 18, though am 20 now and probably need toughening up after two years of football.
Nice one, we have a few lads from Abbydale who've been enjoying it with the Forgers. Just drop by whenever you feel up to it.
