Hi everyone,
I've been reading a few posts about stressful wedding experiences and can totaly relate to them as I had a good few of my own  .
So I thought I'd post this yoga/breathing relaxation technique, it really helps to calm the mind and is a very gentle breathing exercise.
Sit comfortably with straight back
Close your eyes
Take your attention to your breathing
Use your right thumb and ring finger to close one nostril at a time
Close right nostril and breathe out through the left
Breath in left, close left and breath out right
Breathe in right
Close right and breathe out left
Continue in this pattern
Make all breathing as slow and deep as you are comfortable with make sure the outbreath is as least as long as the in braeth, gently work towards increasing the outbreath to be twice as long as the inbreath.
