Happened to drive down St Philips Rd in Upperthorpe yesterday, and at the bottom, as you get towards what is now Tesco's, it looked as though a bomb had gone off - the contents of an extremely large blue hopper of waste paper had been strewn all the road, pavement, flat roofs of the shops at the bottom, the grass on the left hand side etc. Everywhere in short. I don't know whether this had happened by human agency or naturally, though it's not been very windy the last few days so the first one looks more likely. Anybody know what's been going on?

It's going to take someone a lot of cleaning up, anyway.

Perhaps the Council have been trying to get rid of their records on street cleaning ?

OMG you're probably right, why don't you nip down there, get some as evidence, give it to the "Environment Agency" and get them prosecuted for littering.

This is just the sort of thing we need to stop our council doing.

Fareast for Sheffields "Monster Raving Looney Party" candidate.

To put the tin lid on it , the Council has pandered to the car and created a road system that carves the centre up into isolated bits.

aren’t you?...

...this council “panders to car drivers” does it?…

…great grip on reality you have there. ;)
