Does anyone know of anything really cool going on tonight or one night this week? Been in Sheffield 3 months and have got some great mates at work now...just after 3 months I'm a bit bored of the same old bars doing the same old thing night after night..nice as everyone at my work is but you know what i mean! Time to meet new and interesting folks....come on down!

Hiya

Have you tried going to Takapuna on a Thursday?

It's a really great night with fab drinks offers!

The website link is www.club-vip.co.uk and they now have a late license so the bar is open til 2am and the venue shuts at 2:30am!

Might see you there :)

The folks on my office wander down to Takapuna's on Fridays after work. I've just found out a rep is taking a bunch of us out on Thursday to wine and dine us...I'll suggest we slide down to Takapuna's if the drink deals are so good.

Sheffair - I can jam..I play guitar pretty well. Myself and a drummer mate of mine may well stop by on Tuesday. Thanks for the Tip.

I'm think I'm gonna stick my nose into The Green Rooms acoustic night tonight on West Street near West One. Acoustic Sessions every Wednesday so I may see if I can get a slot in a few weeks to play a couple of songs or something. Do you know if tis any good?

Try The Grapes on Saturday night...Sheffield's premier unsigned band TACOMA are playing, you won't be disappointed.

if you want a more "interesting" night out then i'd reccomend the Tsunami Benefit Event @ the former NCPM on friday. for a good cause and a veriaty of musical tastes covered.

Thats right - there'll 3 rooms at the tsunami benefit- a trance/techno room (Planet Zogg), a reggae room (Juju v Riddimtion v Dubcentral) and a hiphop/jungle room (Phonetics v Junglist Alliance)

should be a top night
