Does anyone know if an unmodded slimline PS2 plays copied DVD's.

You need to mod the lid to stop it resetting your disc when you insert a new one.

I think he wants to play copyed DVD Films not games. You should just be able to put the disk in and play it. The standed PS2 use to play them ok, I don't see why the new slimline one shouldn't.

Hey

You need to get a slimline PS2 modding kit- which you can modify your PS2 easily yourself.

You can either get a replacement slimline fliptop lid or there is something called a slimkit which is I think- a clip that fits onto your PS2 allowing you to swap discs to play backups and the like.

Both I think can be found on the cheap from ebay.

I got my original PS2 done at disc direct at the bottom of the Moor. It might have changed names now though.

Its the computer shop on the corner opposite Staples.

The place at the bottom of the Moor - have it advertised on their notice /offer board.

PC Medics do it on Halifax road.
