I went to south wales at the weekend to walk the pembrokshire coastal path.
The sun was shining and the skies were blue.
As we crossed green field after green field we saw lots of bunnies and lambs jumping and bobbing about.
The daffodils & primroses were showing off their bright sunny colours.
We saw Red Kites, Buzzards, oystercatchers, wheatears.
All the best nature could lay out before us.......
and then........
A buzzard swooped down and grabbed a little bunny in its talons. landed on a nearby picnic table and slowly shredded and ate the bunny in front of our very eyes!!!!!!!
This is nature after all - and its survival of the fittest but still a bit of a shock to the system..
There apeared to be an a'bun'dance of rabbits and not too many buzzards, so hopefully both can continue in harmony.
If anyone didn't get their easter eggs delivered at the weekend though, blame the buzzard, he ate the easter bunny.
:suspect:
