just wondered how many people have checked out the Cactus Club? is it far from town and what is the best way to get there without a car? : (
any one go to the jungle night on friday?

Went to Riddimtion over Easter weekend at the Cactus Club and can recommend it. Could've been busier but was a good atmosphere, free entry before 10 (fiver after i think), free cloakroom, Red Stripe on draught, pool table (which i think was free), door and bar staff all friendly, no attitude amongst the punters. Hope word gets around and the nights get a bit busier, as the one room is quite big and open, so felt really empty even though there were a fair few people in.

It's on Earsham St, which is just off Ellesmere Green. Go up Spital Hill to the start of Burngreave Rd, and when you get to New Roots on the corner on the right, look right and you should see it. It's on Earsham Road. Lots of bus routes go up that way, 75, 97, etc, and it's not too far to walk it, if you're that way inclined...

yeah when I went, quite a while ago it was dead, a very strange atmosphere as well not bad just strange, It was quite late don't no whether I was just too late.

Its not too far from town though

The cactus club is a great venue that has some top parties. Problem is with it being a little out of town it does often have a lack of punters.
