A friend and I have recently rented a holiday apartment for the summer in Ibiza and plan to let it out as well as use it occasionally for ourselves and friends. The owner is aware of our plan and has given us his consent.
The apartment is perfectly located in Figueretes which is within 15 mins walk from Ibiza town, 2 mins walk from the beach , 2 mins from bars and restaurants and 20 mins from the airport (by bus). Space and Pacha are around 10 Euros taxi fare away.
The apartment itself has a south west facing (perfect for sunsets) balcony/roof terrace, large enough to eat, chill, drink and sunbath on. There is an open planned living/kitchen area. The living area has a large sofa bed (can sleep 2) as well as a TV and DVD. The kitchen area is simply furnished with a two ringed hob, sink and fridge. The bedroom has two single beds and a built in wardrobe. In the hall there is a safe for valuables and a double lock door. The bathroom has a sink unit, bath with shower, toilet and washing machine.
I myself will be in Sheffield for the majority of the summer. Whereas my friend with whom I have rented it with, Jules, will be in Ibiza for the whole of the summer. Therefore, if you do chose to holiday at our apartment Jules will be available to hand over the keys as well as help provide information about the island.
The rental fee (up to 4 people) is between £350 and £600 per week depending on dates.
