My machine has slowed down whilst using / transferring files to network.

Pegasus Opera II accounts package is so slow from my machine, I am using it via vnc from the server.

Loading shared spreadsheets takes forever.

Definitely (almost) certain no problems with viruses or spyware, ran wireshark and there seem to be nothing unusual in the traffic on my IP.

Started yesterday I think, have ordered a new nic (on way) and just wondered if there was something I could do whilst I wait for the new card.

Found it - mini-hub on phone is faulty (bypassed phone and it worked) - so order new phone..............................
