Hi people,

I think I've pulled my right shoulder muscle or something. Whenever I lift my arm over my head to touch my other shoulder, the area behind the armpits hurts. Could do with a sports massage or something. Any recommendations? Thanks ya'll

i use a really good sports physio, his name is Chris Hale and is based on Eccy road, he does the treatments from home but can also travel to your house if you wish. i think its about £35 and hour not sure as i normally get a discount. he is really good tho and i would defo rcomend him.
