My Dad and I have both experienced the same problem on completely different computers with different connections, both with Firefox and primarily with google sites esp. google maps, but also with other sites.

I make a search and the results come up no problem, but then when i change the search criteria and press enter or click 'search' nothing happens, despite frantic button clicking! I end up having to refresh the page and starting from scratch.

Anybody had the same experience or know what to do?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox, but the problem persists.
