I honestly believe the Punisher can take anyone.

No one ever believes me, but he's taken out Spidey, Wolverine and Daredevil on their own, and in the Confederacy of Dunces storyline all three teamed up to get revenge and he still spanked them all.

Won't spoil it for anyone who hasn't read it, but his solution to the problem was hilarious.
Of course, if people want me to spoil it I will.

Have you read Confederacy of Dunces by any chance? A Punisher storyline by Garth Ennis? It's only three issues long but could possibly be my favourite Marvel story ever.

No, but I have read a few Ennis Punisher stories and they're usually very good.

Changed my mind again. I now believe that Black Tom is the hardest.
