God knows how ... i seem to have taken my desk top back to original settings, its as slow as hell (Ive got loads of space on hard drives C and D) and now im having trouble installing things again.
I need someone to come and completely empty it (except what it came with) ... and set it back up for me ... then do the security on myt wireless thingy .... and make sure the desk top, another desk top and 2 laptops can access internet (access on 3 is fine now but no security on the wireless thing!)
does anyone know of someone good who wont rip me off?

if you dont get sorted let me know look at my signiture :hihi:
It sounds as your wanting someone to refomat and reinstall the machine and my advice would be that if your wanting that doing it can take some time depending on what machine it is and if it has any form of factory recovery or if the tech need to reinstall the operating system and drivers manually, either way you could be paying someone to sit on their arse for a while (depending on how they charge).
Your other alternative is to take your machine into a shop and have them do the work on the desktop there as its usually a cheaper rate than onsite and then arrange an onsite visit to drop off the desktop and rectify the wireless / internet on the other machines as it would probably work out cheaper - again depending on what people charge.
We can do this sort of work, check details in my sig and contact us for a quote.

easiest thing in world is to empty and re install everything, however it may not be necessary. I am intrigued in what you mean by taken desktop back to original settings?
id say its a profile issue
log off, log on as administrator
got to C:\documents and settings
and rename the folder of the your normal username to something different ir username to UsernameOLD
log off and back on, copy accross documents and desktop from old profile
this can solve alot of slow downs
