Has anyone out there ever tried Deepnet Explorer. This is another alternative to IE and Firefox that is developed in the UK and is said to have excellent security protection. So far there has only been over 600,000 downloads of this browser, not many when compared to it competitors but it said to be increasing in momentum. It appears to be feature rich, spy/adware free and totally free of charge to download.

This is just one of the reasons for not installing this "browser" on any system that I use.

<edit for clarification>I meant, as it has (alledgedly) p2p SW built in is reason enough not install this "browser" - especially as the p2p bit is supposedly based on the Gnutella network - which negates the bumph on the website about it being "safe"!</edit>

I'll second that, someone once said use FF and you'll never turn back...well in all honesty I couldn't agree more, the only problem with FF is the sheer lack of security but they are always working on it to stay one step ahead...
