www.qualitysheetmusic.com launched last month - it's aim is to become a resource to musicians looking to improve their skills. There is a whole host of sheet music and teaching resources to down load - and they encourage people to share theirs too. They *seem* to have gotten round copyright issues (at least the US law, anyway!).

Worth a look.
