I need to buy some cables to hook up my router to the pc's. Does it matter which kind of cables i buy?? Will i notice any difference between the 2 apart from the price??

For just day to day house stuff UTP should be fine (although some supreme techie may advise otherwise!) davep 24-04-2008, 22:59 All the existing areas at the Hospital where I work are cabled in cat5 UTP.
