View Full Version : RICH TONE bocking Lane, anyone dealt with them?
shazzamattazza 21-04-2008, 09:44 My son has phoned this guitar shop twice and left a message to get back to him, but no one has. He really wants to buy one of their guitars but is very stubborn, and is thinking that they can get stuffed if they can't be bothered to get back to him. Just wondered if anyone else had any dealings with them?

I'm wondering this too; I go down Bocking Lane quite a lot and as far as I know it's mainly houses on there, except when you get up to Greenhill shops (but I'm sure there's no guitar shop there is there?).
Speckled Hen 21-04-2008, 12:13 Found the address via Google.
Took a look see and it is a top floor flat opposite the chemist shop at Greenhill
Dizzyblonde 21-04-2008, 12:14 I was thinking the same, its most likely to be a single man outfit in which case, they might be slower getting back to you but then again musical instruments are not a mass market thing in the same way as an IPOD, so you probably have to be patient.
I got a guitar at christmas time with these guys, Couldn't fault there service at all, brilliant price and delivery.
I'm sure they will get in touch with him shortly
shazzamattazza 21-04-2008, 12:38 It's over the shops on the left hand side going up Bocking Lane.
I agree it probably is a small place but they this is over a week ago so my son is a bit cheesed off with the lack of customer service he's got.
They are on Ebay if anyone is interested.
shazzamattazza 21-04-2008, 12:41 shytot just tried to PM you but your message box is full, I'll PM you later

You can see the sign for the shop if you stood outside the Spar & looked across the road behind the end shop. Its a bit hidden, but it is there.:)

I know when my son originally phoned they said it was by appointment only as it's a small place (which is why they were phoning back).
