Eminem a rapper...thats a wholly innacurate allegation. You must be quoting Dr Dre when you said "You can't rap and you sound like a plum", because I bet those were his exact words until he saw an opening in the lucrative 12/14 year old record buyers market.

sheffrapper, I'm not jealous kid. And maybe you're right I wouldn't have the guts to go on TV and make myself look like a muppet.

If offended you I apologise (same to you AJ). I just remember seeing your audition and I honestly thought your rapping skills weren't all that.

However I admire your self confidence and wish you well, but please take some constructive criticism when I say get some lessons on rapping before going back on TV. That's not a **** take, just being honest mate.

Anyway, you keep up the Styleee! but just tell people you're from Barnsley or Rotherham . . . :thumbsup:

Hello fellow sheffield citizens.

I thought i would insight you in to this rapper on x factor who i have personally met. I arranged to meet him last year after i auditioned myself on x factor however i was never shown, i am a rapper myself however i auditioned for a laugh as i was on my way to a interview as saw a quoe full up off wannabes, i thought it was for max factor make up lol when they said x factor or summit stupid.

Anyways i met this guy, the long thin rapper, dribbling mouth cocky **** who **** himself when i invited him to barnsley. I brought him to a pub called the chatsworth which is nortorious, i put him in front of Barnsley hooligans, after telling them he was from sheffield and a rapper they had wide grins and took the total **** out of him while he was simmering in disbelief. you see when i first saw him on x factor i thought he was a cocky lad who thought he was the man and was not showing the good nature of sheffield.

I brought him to the studio, were he asked me "when do i rap" so i replied do you ask your girlfriend when can i shag? he replied no, so i said " don't ask me when u can rap them, your a rapper aren't you" as the producer laughed.

i invited him to see my group rapcore and they took the **** still, some girls saw him walk past and took the **** to.

This person looks like a rat. Now my girlfriend and i told him it would be better if he song, i also found that this year i believed he used some of my lyrics, if so, it is against copyright laws so i expect a nice cheque to come my way lol.

Seriously thought i heard some great rappers in sheffield struggling to even get by like most of us, and its such a shame that people can take the **** out of sheffield because of him.

Do you recon i should go back on x factor with my group? if you want some audio clips let me know, i am having the cd out in barnsley hmv and on ingrooves.com which is the worlds largest internet provider, i am going out my way to do it the hard way, however maybe for another **** take i could go for x factor and then say some **** about this rapper huh? that be funny. :)

You auditioned for a laugh?...... you sound like a bit of a desperado, and you did't say how far you got, must have been that good huh.

You seem to have gone right out of your way to make a prat out of that other guy, why go to those lengths?

He's had his 15minutes of fame, you are going to 'do it the hard way' i think you ought to let him in your band to give it a bit of credibility actually.

I went out of my way because he was cocky on tv and he got on my nerves plus it helps his from sheffield don't it ? :).
I was going to train him up and possibly have him in my group but he don't have the image and people in Barnsley would laugh.

right, i think i might have to say something here.

mc steve, or whatever youre called...you are an absolutely terrible rapper, from what ive seen you have no skills whatsover, you aint using 'multies', your wordplay sucks, your punchlines are rubbish, and you have no 'flow'.

whether or not you enjoy impersonating another rapper is irrelevant to the real question here, which is: can that bloke from x factor actually rhyme?

and the answer is no. you arent the best rapper in s yorkshire, because you arent even a rapper, you are just a lad who has figured out a novel way of approximating talent.

if you want to check some people who are doin it properly then

cosyne project (www.myspace.com/cosyneproject)will start you off - 'ill explicit', for instance...

other than that, i hope you enjoy the forum, just take up another hobby and it will all be ok:)
