Brilliant Lawson
thank you

also - i know that they are DESPERATE for good quality dog leads - so if any one has any spare or can buy some and send them on.
As well as newspapers and bedding - that would be great.

Thanks Lawson anything you will take will be greatfully appreciated as long as there are no feathers involved:hihi:

As rain said leads are desperately needed particularly slip leads (have a hoop that just goes over the head) you can buy them in Wilkos for £3.99 if anyone wanted to buy some. They need loads as they have dogs with possible skin problems and some with mange. The leads have to be sterilised after use with these dogs otherwise they would be spreading these horrible conditions all over the dogs.

I'm sure that I have 2 of these and I never ever use them, I will try to search them out :)

Any Helly but particularly slip leads, rope or nylon that are like a noose that tightens once over the dogs head as the majority of dogs don't have collars on so clip leads are not all that much use.

Why no collars, may I ask? Is it a safety thing or just that there aren't enough to go round?

its no collars as some dogs get infected skin etc... so they cant be used on other dogs
