can we have the forum navigation at both the top and bottom of the displayed thread

e.g.
Add Forum Drop Down

so if you scroll all the way to the bottom of a thread you don't have to scroll back to the top to navigate to a different forum

We have now made some changes to the bottom of the view thread page. You will see that the next, previous and also forum navigation links are now grouped below Quick Reply box. We are not looking to introduce forum jump feature at this stage due to a negative server reaction when previously tested. However, we hope you find these new links useful.
