We are looking to buy a semi derelict property, shop with flat upstairs. Does anyone know a good solicitor for conveyancing ? It is only valued at 85k and doesn't really warrant a heavyweight commercial lawyer. There is no business to transfer, no change of use and it's freehold. Residential conveyancers won't touch it. Any ideas ?
