We finally picked up our little kittie at the weekend. He has just got over the sniffles. He has two switches - on and off. OMG he is soooooo cute and gorgeous. We have spent hours watching, laughing, stroking, coo-ing ... I can have to really tear myself away to go to work :hihi::hihi:

I think he and Ianto are going to be really good friends, they've got over the surprise and shock of meeting each other and have been spotted 'kissing' (ooo, maybe they're the only gay cats in the village !)

he was well worth the wait, I can't believe how attached we are to the little critter already. I've really missed having animals around the house - its been 6 years since my doggies went to doggie heaven.

When I got in tonight from dancing, I heard the thud as Ianto bounced off the bed upstairs and then the kitten woke himself up and they both came to give me a hello kiss :love::love:

He's the one at the back - his 2 brothers were both silver and white tabbies, more like their mum. Arnie's coat is really thick and more 'mackeral' tabby than stripey tabby- it's a really unusual colour too - a throwback to an earlier generation on his mum's side - and he is going to be a huge cat - his paws are like shovels.

I suppose there's a possibility they could be distantly related, (via Charlie), but he came to us in July 07 - I think he was responsible for Poppy's 1st litter (xxhunniixx's female) and he managed to get to our Ashia not long afterwards but they were born 1st Oct 07. Not altogether sure who Charlie's mum or dad were but I didn't think his mum was Poppy?

nope she wasnt hun he was from an entirly diff litter from rawmarsh we had his brother puddles who got run over then went back to breeder and came home with charlie who didnt settle here xx

hey xxhunniixx - yet more progress - Charlie AND the dobermutt both laid on the bed this morning! Don't think Ailsa realised it but Charlie was determined to lay there whether she noticed him or not. He is one brave (or barmy) wegie. I love him to death!

bless them he was always good with my dogs though just Jack he was petrified of lol!
