Hi, I know there are already a few horse threads around but they are all pretty old so i thought i would start a new one. I am looking for a horse to share if anyone is interested. Height or temperament doesn't bother me as I am a good rider and have been riding about 10 years, and am under 9 stone. The horse i currently look after is just over 17hh but she has been lame for a while and will be in the near future. I have no intentions of stopping going to see her once a week but i am keen to keep riding fit and not lose my skills. In desperation i have decided to book private lessons which although they will be very good, are also quite expensive for such limited time! So basically I am looking for someone who wants the odd afternoon off from their horse 1/2 evenings/weekdays a week, when i can take over and do everything that needs doing as well as exercising.
