Hi i am a student and am considering a career in media research when i finish my degree.
I was wondering if anyone knew anywhere locally that could give me any advice on gettin started or even work experience?

Do some research ;) Email/phone some newspapers im sure they can offer some advice or even work expereince. Also depends on what sort of media your looking at, but you could try the local BBC site, but not sure how quickly or if you'll get a reply.
