Can anyone recommend some type of deterrent to stop my cat chewing the tv cables? :rolleyes:

what about getting a cable tidy, it won't stop her going to chew but will make it a lot harder to do damage.

you could try bitter bite - it works for dogs (although there are always those who like it) or pepper spray - that's alleged to deter cats

I was recommended to use tabasco when my lovely boy Tico started chewing cables, but that resulted in a cat who had a major thing for tabasco!

Cable tidies, bitter bite/bitter apple and anything else that you can think that will physically prevent your beastie from getting at them are all I can recommend.
