I have a rat problem under a building which cannot be sorted by poison (to many cats around).
Looking for an owner with a trained ferret to come and sort the problem.
Expenses paid!!

We can't use traditional rat poisons or traps due to having lots of cats around.

hope you get rats sorted but pls understand ferrets can even be killed by rats. so i wont put my ferts in that situation hope u get it sorted tho
Some rat poisons don't act as secondary toxins (i.e. aren't toxic if the dead rat is eaten by a cat) so if stuffed well down a hole and inaccessible (or within baited boxes) to larger animals is fairly safe. If you call the council they should be used to dealing with rats without putting other animals at risk - and rat control on domestic property is provided free.

try smoking them out with a smoke bomb (the type you use to test chimneys), the cats will do the rest
Hi all,
i'd be very grateful to whoever can help me in this situation. I am a student trainee journalist at the University of sheffield... I am currently working producing a 7-9 minute Tv Package on the increasing rat problem in sheffield. I have been out on a rat hunt for a couple of weeks now.. but havent been able to film any, ive missed two of them coz they move to fast. It'd be absolutely fantastic if someone can tell me where i'd defintely find rats as they do form an intergral part of my project.
Hope to hear from u guys soon.
Cheers!!
