Er I posted a new thread after taking tinajones' sheff telegraph thread a bit OT - now t020 kindly informs me it was deleted. no bother, just curious as to reasons? (topic was actual written evidence of the real location of ecclesall road, something of a hot topic of late)

Hi Phan, sorry for the delay in replying to this but I was away over the weekend. The Ecclesall threads were not deleted, they were merely hidden until I had time to "merge" them together (there's something like 193 posts in total). The poll about banning all Ecclesall related threads was only semi-serious, after all you are free to discuss what you like (within reason). It was merely a way of buying some time while we worked out what to do. If you want to carry on the "debate" about Ecclesall then please use the consolidated topic.

As always, questions regarding posts being deleted are best dealt with by emailing or Private Messaging me - this prevents a lot of confusion and "misinformation".
