A new experience for me last night... I was taking my evening Judo class as usual when someone I hadn't seen before strolls in and sits at the side of the room to watch the session.
Not a problem, I'm quite happy for people to watch and just assumed he wanted to find out more about Judo.
As soon as the session finished he was gone... I was hoping to catch him to have a chat, see what he thought etc. but didn't get a chance as he came in while I was running a session (and I don't like to disrupt things mid flow to leave mat and have a chat) and he left as soon as session had finished.
So... in short if you decide to go along to watch a sports session, to find out more/decide if you want to have a go, don't be shy.
Most all coaches/instructors will be happy to talk to you.
