Remember the Flea circuses? Some bloke would appear on the street or in the park with a minature circus, complete with little trapeze, tight rope and all the other things you can find in a circus?

Then as you watched, the rope would twitch and the trapeze would swing and the ringmaster would assure you that fleas are the performers?

Anyway, what about nits? Could they be trained to perform in a circus? Would it be possible to build a little nit circus to entertain the chabbies with? Are nits more intelligent than fleas?

Would the kids be unmoved by a circus like this these days? Would I be arrested if I appeared in a park and asked the kiddies to gather round and take a look at my twitching accutrements?

Hey, so that's why we never see Nitty Nora, the bug explorer in schools anymore - she nicked all the nits - trained them up, made a fortune & scarpered to warmer climes!!
