Over 22,000 people across Sheffield have been diagnosed with diabetes. A new diabetic self help at Wisewood Community Sports College aims to help better inform those diagnosed or affected by the condition. The group will meet every other month and the guidelines for topics are listed below. There will also be the opportunity to discuss general issues regarding diabetes as well as receiving support from professionals and other people who have been diagnosed with the condition. The meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of every month, 10.30am - 12.30pm at the Wisewood Community Sports College (S6 4BH)
