I was in Firth Park Library and they have a massive Easter display in the window. Walking past the town hall yesterday and I saw (as I do every year) a giant crucifix celebrating Easter.

Next time someone falsely argues that the mysterious and ruthless “PC brigade” have banned all Christian festivals can someone please show them a photo of the giant celebration of Christianity currently occupying the space outside the town hall.

Went past there yesterday, and there was a group of Asian lads looking as if they were about ready to tear the crucifix down, not sure it'll be there that much longer! Although they like me were probably more like to just be thinking 'WTF?!?!'
