There are LFA T’ai Chi beginners’ classes taking place at Hillsborough Park Pavilion every Thursday from 7.30 to 8.30pm.
If you want any information from a “student” perspective get in touch with me.
The T’ai Chi website is www.lfataichi.com (http://www.lfataichi.com)and if anyone wants to contact the instructor it’s bill51264@aol.com.
It’s the first time that I’ve done anything like this and the blurb reads “health and relaxation classes” which seems to be true. Does anyone else have a view on T’ai Chi and what are the other types of T’ai Chi like?
