I am running movie maker - it came with my vista laptop - when I use it I get a message saying its running somewhere and I need to shut it down even though I dont have it open. Can you also tell me why when I go to publish movie it starts off and then closes down. Any suggestions welcome but simple language please.

I can`t help you with that problem but if you just want to make a D.V.D. with photos & videos why not go onto Vistas D.V.D. maker.It is very easy to use.
