What I'm really hoping for is that the weather will be like it is now, warm and - ah, as I type the sun comes out - and that I can enjoy my first pint SAT OUTSIDE a pub!

Saturday afternoon at 4, when I close the shop, up to either the Shiny Sheff or Sportsman, pint of Stella and just sit and admire the view and think 'spring is here and summer ain't gonna be far away'.

And then, to suddenly have to dash inside because it's raining and it's suddenly gone brass monkeys....,

I read the play a good few years back and thoroughly reccommend it, I saw it was advertised but lethargy got in the way of me seeing it.

I'm going to do very little this weekend, I want to go and see Constantine at some point but suspect that house work and computer games will rule the agenda as normal.

No kids for me this weekend (yayyy  ) so plans to get house tidied, take dogs for good early walks to avoid potential dog-chasing hazards such as joggers, cyclists, young children running, young children with footballs - well, ok, young children doing nothing in particular, apart from being small &,interesting.. Anything really is open target for an introductory hi-never-met-YOU-before! excited nip from my canines.

Had free tickets for a mooch round Millenium Gallery for ages now, so might go and mooch (2 spare if anyone wants to come with me). Also might be found in a Sheffield hostelry somewhere, some time having a small dry sherry (yeah yeah).

Loking forward to this promise of warmer weather - might get the old legs out yet!!!:help:

Going swimming tonight with mates, then out for a drink, then meet up with my students from the jitsu club, drink some more.

Tomorrow morning I have to teach the session (Covering for the other instructor) so will do that with sunglasses on or something.
Then visit relatives, do a bit of tidying, putting away from the holiday etc...
Sunday have a 5 hour jitsu course in Leeds which will basically take up most of the day.

Tonight I'm playing indoor footy..

Tomorrow I'll chill out in the day (might go for a jog if the weather's nice) and hopefully off down town at night.

If the weathers nice Sunday, might grab a couple of mates and head for Rother Valley!

I love weekends :D

Weekends = kiddie stuff in our house.

Saturday will be in town getting card, tissue paper and fluffy chicks to make an easter hat.

Sunday will be spent scraping glue and paint off my kitchen table/floor/walls and ceiling after helping son make said Easter hat!!

If it's still windy enough we may go and do some kite flying as well.

If only we had our Sheffield Forum T-shirts and then would be able to spot each other!!

I'll be the smelly one since have been to gym and now can't have shower because of burst water pipe thingy! :(

Although seems most of Sheffield is affected so I probably won't be the only one!

See you there!

Nah,

I'm off to meet a couple of business partners in London for a day or script editing and creative budgeting for a pilot TV show we're shooting in July.

But we will have fun!

Pilot TV show? How exciting!

What's it called, and what is it about?

If you're allowed to tell, that is. I'd love to know. Good luck to you all.

I am relieved not to be showing people round the house this weekend!

Saturdays, usually sorting boring washing etc.
Take daughter to dancing around lunchtime
Pick daughter up from dancing 1 and a half hrs later.
Go to town
Do work on my home based business

Sundays
Go walking through Endcliffe Park or out to Foxhouse
Sunday dinners later..
Coronation Street

All seems really unexciting when I read all the previous posts
Back to work again on Monday.
, but part of the job that I do that I really like is that I am going with an applicant to the Secret walled garden at Meersbrook on Monday so that is OK
