Hiya, Just wondering if anyone went to salsafit at Ponds Forge on a Wednesday and what it was like?

I used to go and it was great!

I'm not very fit, is it quite strenuous?

It's not a scary class for the super-fit; designed to be mostly fun with the exercise sneaking in while you're distracted.
