They do have a website as do all the other commercial agents. I should contact them to register your interest and they will put you on their mailing lists. dev..il 03-04-2008, 11:45 AM Thanks tabbron, i have started your suggestion. how much do you pay for ur premesis ? i cant afford to rent one at this moment. Need a place to cook on a temp basis until the business picks up. tabbron 04-04-2008, 12:39 AM You would first need to buy the lease on a premises and then rent on top of this. Maybe £10,000 minimum for the lease then at least £100 per week for the rent but you would not get city centre premises for that. You would a lot of money for city centre premises. The kitchen has to reach certain standards set by enviromental health and you just can't cook food to sell in any kitchen that doesn't meet the guide lines or they can come in and shut you down. Some of the minimum requirements are a seperate wash hand basin in the kitchen to the sink were you wash the pots or food prep, Fly zapper, work surfaces that are in good condition preferably stainless steel to name but a few things that they look for. hope this helps You are viewing an archive.
