Happy when Miss Angel is around, unless we're having a disagreement.

Thankfully that doesn't happen too often, we're generally a very snuggly pair :D

I'm predominantly happy with the occasional bouts of sadness that can only be induced by bank managers and tax men.

Hang on, that's not sadness, that's misery!

Can't answer this directly - I can be quite happy and up, and also irritable and grumpy. I can also be cheerful and smiling around people even when I feel low.
People tend to like me and I value this very much :)

I do wish I didn't get so Irriatable and grumpy though
:(

Me too ;) *nurses burnt fingers*

I alternate between happy and hassled - but that's organising a wedding that does that.

Externally I always look quite stern and serious and I suppose to a degree I am but people (probably quite rightly) take this to mean I'm sad/miserable/down. It's all an accidental facade - I just try to think too much and the concentration furrows my brow!

In fact I'm normally quite happy with occassional periods of self doubt, irritation and moodiness. This morning I'm relatively chirpy even though it is a weary looking day and the work's mounting up!

I am generally happy, with the occasional, huge downer, where i just can't think right. These only happen 2 days a monthish

I'd say I was generally a happy sort of person. Being grumpy takes too much energy. It's hard work remembering what you're fed up with & keeping it to the forefront of your mind for very long

Mostly happy and content, with occasional outbreakes of grumpyness and moodyness, usually triggered by post containing a bill or lack of wine in the house.

This reminds me of an ice breaker exercise on a course I went on. Everyone had to describe their mood in the style of a weather forecast. It was surprising how many people felt stormy!

Today I am mostly sunny, but I suspect there will be a few scattered showers later in the afternoon...how about you guys?

I tend to be a fairly happy person even though I seem to lurch from one crisis to another.

Feel sad today and have had tears because of my sons behaviour (again). Felt a real idiot stood on the corner near school crying this morning.

But, off to work soon so will put my smile back on and get on with it. Not much else I can do really.

Mainly sunny with some cloud; 30% chance of precipitation today. Strong wind from the south!

I am always happy and looking forward to putting any problems behind me. Just like Hannibal from the A team, I always have a plan and I am always loving it when a plan comes together. This goes for life and work and everything. I am sometimes frustrated by people who don't like my plans and want me to do things spontaneously, which I am happy to go along with from time to time, but I am happy because after that little adventure I can get back to my happy plan.

I am also happy because I always see myself as being very lucky. I had a good upbringing which has given me the skills to do well in life,[something which has hit me very vividly recently when I have had a minor involvement with some disadvantaged children]

Have you noticed if it 'coincides' with a phase/cycle of the moon?

There might actually be something in this; I've noticed previously that big rows I've had through my life hace coincided with a full moon!

Aroooooooo! :D

like to think that I'm generally upbeat about things, but at the moment I'm desperately trying to get re-housed in Sheff and it's taking me a while to find somewhere decent, so I'm unhappy about that!

I used to get very depressed, but I've noticed a definite improvement in my mood over the last few weeks... and even if I do get a bit miserable, it seems easier to snap out of it these days :D

I am a happy person for the great majority of the time; happy at home [married], and happy at work. I have good health, a good family and good friends. Like millions of other people, there are things that make me momentarily sad, such as the glimpse of a smug, self-righteous Liberal Democrat's face, especially when he or she is offering an 'opinion' on a 'major issue'; the odious lies that fall from Blair's lips, like so many cowpats; and the inexorable rise of an undeniably ugly, nasty, and grasping 'underclass'. However, these vilenesses, even the unpleasantness in Mesopotamia, fail to adversely affect my basically equable temperament, and essentially mischievous character.

I'm generally a happy person, as I have a good lifestyle, alot of friends and enough money to do what I want (to an extent!).. but I've got (and always have had...) a pretty nasty short-fused bad temper, can't help it!

Parents/friends have suggested anger management.. but it ain't for me, I've been able to control it quite well recently (apart from in the car, road rage is the worst!!).

Not that I'm a psycho or anything haha :)

Always think the following year will be full of happiness and great things........

Good Health > Happiness > FUN!!!!

Ive had a real downer of a year:

February: House subsided!!! major nightmare.

February: Car got screwed (only driven twice 1st sports car!)

February: Boiler in house Blew up

March: Water Leak (more like explosion Yorkshire Water wouldnt come out and the stop tap is burried under ashphalt by council!!!)

March: last night had grave news and a very special friend lost her life to Cancer is only in her mid 30's and has left four children behind.

I THANK GOD FOR MY HEALTH...... and realise that although we all have problems we are still here to enjoy the good and the bad

generally, a happy, fun person. But I tend to let the smallest things get to me and i get rerally upset. However, I'm good at hiding it and can hold a smile.

I try to be happy but after 3 months of depression I find it difficult to pick myself up, although lately I have met someone who has changed my outlook on life so I do feel like i'll get through it with their help. At the minute i'm quite happy, without the aid of the happy pills aswell, I try not to take them if I can help it.
