Sad Day When a Yorkshire Lad dies especially aged 54, he played many gigs at the Black Swan (Boardwalk)

Singer Robert Palmer has died of a heart attack in Paris aged 54.
The British star is best known for his hits Addicted to Love, Some Guys Have All the Luck and Didn't Mean to Turn You On.

aah that's bad news. I wasn't a particular fan but he always seemed a decent chap.

Great guy and always came across as a smoothy, in his case he wasn't one of the "guys who had all the luck"

Looks like the Grim Reaper is on a spree - Johnny Cash/Robert Palmer.

Must be some fantastic music up in heaven with all the talent thats up there especially my favourite the late great sam cooke.
