SarahD 31-03-2008, 14:29 Is there anywhere that's accessible by public transport from the city centre? alex3horse 31-03-2008, 18:25 Hi Sarah There is Grenoside Equestrian Centre (used to be called Barnesgreen) on Halifax Road, you can get the 77 bus from town takes about half an hour. They're a good riding school, I worked there for a while a few years ago and one of my friends is an instructor. Hope that helps :) Alex SarahD 01-04-2008, 07:52 Thanks that's really helpful! Do you know their prices or a phone no to give them a ring? Mandaloo 10-04-2008, 12:38 Hiya! I ride at Grenoside now, and I love it! It costs £19 for an hour lesson, and I think £13 for half an hour. Really interesting lessons covering jumping and a bit of dressage! Mandaloo 10-04-2008, 12:39 Sorry forgot phone number, its 0114 240 2548! |
