hello i have recently developed a real interest in table tennis after i got a table tennis board at work.

i was wondering if anyone knew of any table tennis clubs or groups around sheff that i could join.

or does anyone know of anywhere where you can get to see really good table tennis players playing.

Hi. There was a thread about this recently. I am interested in finding somewhere too - looks like the Common Room on Division Street is the place to start (strangely!) but I haven't tried it yet.

last time i went in the common room they had got rid of the table tennis - have you been in recently? - is it back up? but thanx for the link

Oh well... No, I haven't been lately but I was finding it hard to work out where there would be a table tennis table in there!

try wadsley bridge table tennis club. they are situated in the S6 area. i used to play and train with them and theyre a great friendly bunch. unfortunately had to quit due to part time weekend work and college.

I have been playing with a mate, but he has got injured. I am probably between intermediate and beginner.

You can play for an hour at Sheffield institute for £8 per hour.

If anyone fancies a game, let me know nad I will post mu number.
