Should i ditch the housework to start the garden or do the housework so i can spend all week in the garden, whats everyone else think? OH says do the housework but i'm worried i could be wasting a beautiful day that could be spent outside gardening!

So you mean he actually told you to do the housework on your own AND the garden on your own, whilst he just ligs about doing nowt? What the point of havining a partner if you have to do everything yourself?

That's well bad, though, innit! :o

just a suggestion but have you considered burying him in the garden?
My OH does housework (including washing and ironing) and looks after the kids and is a damn good cook

:hihi: i am sooooo going to show him this, he seems to think i am a nag, whinger and a bore because i get fed up of doing everything.

In his defence he tidied up the living room today with our son and then they were both sound asleep by 8pm :hihi: i wouldn't mind but the living room wasn't that untidy to start with!!

Don't tempt me lol i actually think my dog has the same idea, she's started digging the hole in the garden for me :hihi: I would do it but it'd cost a fortune to re-turf the mudded area where he was buried :hihi:

You have your OH well trained, how did you manage that? My OH doesn't even know what the washer looks like :suspect:

 Garden wins every time for me! I'd do anything to avoid housework! I've just had 60 paving slabs delivered to make a patio at the side of the house and I can't wait to get started. I love doing stuff outside, weeding, mowing, cutting the hedge, but I hate ironing, pot-washing, hoovering etc. :(

tinkabel. if you can.t get your OH to help out why not do what i do. sort the house out when its bad weather outside and do the gardening when its good weather outside. then you will also get the advantage of fresh air.etc.
