oh dear god i have seen some terrible disney tattoos .... why is it that theyre always really badly drawn aswell? they make me cringe...

haha saw this young girl on the news once (she was about 15) that had a massive tattoo done of winnie the pooh on the top of her arm , with "GRAMPAH" above it .... oh god it was horrable! heheheheh made me chuckle .

I have one tattoo, it's a large tribal design from left shoulder almost down to the elbow - didn't hurt, pinched a little around the top of my arm, but otherwise generally okay:thumbsup:

Piercings, ears, right nostril (twice), left hand side of top lip (a madonna I believe although I hate calling it that 'cos I can't stand the bloody woman), tongue, bottom lip and navel, I used to have an eyebrow piercing but that grew out as I have skinny eyebrows (i.e. not very 'fleshy').

As for tattooed and pierced men, I have one thing to say - YUMMY!!!!:D :D

hi i have 3 tats. I used to have my belly botton picered but due to my second pregnancy it had to come out, ears picered only the one set .
My tats are a little devil showing his bottom , a chinese symbol and a twetty pie . one on each soulders and one at top of my arm

Zombiekillah - dont think tatts on yr head are illegal, old friend of mine had dragon done on either side of his mohican that looked as tho' it was wrapped around his head, just meant that for a while he could'nt shave the sides of his head bald.
but the plus side is, if you don't like the tatt, you can always grow yr hair to cover it!

I've also got one in my nose, two in one ear and one in the other, but I haven't had anything in any of them for years (although I do occasionally stick something in them, it takes a little bit of twiddling and skin-breaking but the holes are still there).

I've often wondered about having a tattoo, I think I'd have to be really certain about what I wanted done and where, and it would probably be somewhere fairly intimate.

I have 6, they are mostly tribal plus one I drew myself.. The Chinese symbol I had done means 'Lunatic' Or at least I hope it does :suspect:

there isn't an option for I would like a tattoo and/or peircings but i'm royally skint because Im a student and my mum would kill me if I got the tattoo I want... lol

Around 60 hours of tattooing (I dont count them as individual tatoos because a couple of them started as one small piece and eveolved over time into something bigger), and 9 piercings that still have jewellry in. But if were including old piercings as well, then that count goes up to 17.

And can a mod please change the spelling of "tattoo" in the poll? Im no spelling nazi, but that, along with spelling "tongue" as "tounge" and "navel" as "naval" really gets on my tits

Well I have both tattoos and piercings.

My tattoos, pretty boring really are: Upper right arm, comedy/tragedy masks and a small rose on my upper left arm. Had them done when I was 17 and 20.

Piercings ........ both ears done from top to bottom years ago but I can't wear any earings now as they irritate my ears too much. Nose done when I was 17 and still wear it on and off when I remember. Left nipple done about 5 years ago. Tongue done about the same time.

I also had a web piercing on my left hand which I loved to bits. Unfortunately, I had a nasty accident whilst on the dodgems with my son and broke my meta-carpel (sp?) and scafoid bones in my hand and had to be in plaster and splints for several months. As a result, I had to remove the ring. Obviously it had healed up by the time my hand was better and never got round to having it re-done.

I'd love more piercings and love the more unusual ones. Hate eyebrows as they look so ugly. :gag:

I used to know of someone who had a hunting scene tattooed around him and all you could see coming out of his crack was a foxes tail! Never saw it myself thank God also my sister used to work on a plastic surgery ward and came across a bloke who was having one removed, it was of Popeye on his belly so his wedding tackle was Popeyes and his fiance was not Olive Oyle so wanted it removing before the wedding. I have a small tat on the base of my spine - how original. Its of a sun.

Just two piercings for me - right nipple and the other one is lower down.....yes down there. Have thought about get a tat for years but have never been able to find a design that I'd be happy to live with for the rest of my life

well ive got 14 tattoos ( i am married to a tatooist :P ) they are barbed wire round my ankle, a black dragony thing up the other a blue wolf on my calf a big trible and rose on other leg, a tiny trible n daisy on my thumb a teddy on me bum bands round both arms , indian squaw , trible, a pentacle made up of broom sticks with feathers and a black cat on top on my back.

i have three tattoo's going vertically down my back in kanji writing...reading loyal, faithful and honest... then i have a small kanji one on the side of my foot reading angel.

I have me ears pierced twice at the bottom, and my tragus pierced.

Having my tragus pierced hurt so much more than my tattoo's... they dont use a gun like normal, they use a thick needle and just poke it through...ouch

i loved having my tattoo's done, i think their highly adictive... when i got my first ones done (on my back) i walked out the shop wanting to walk back in again and have another lol...

i was really scared when i first went for it doing though, cause peole told me it feels like someone carving into your skin with a stanley knife.... rubbish...it just feels like a hot needle scraping your skin

I felt like that when I had mine done. Whilst I was waiting, I was choosing what to have next!

got 9 holes for piercings, 6 in my ears, 1 bellybutton and both my nipples... nipples have had to come out though before baby arrives :( may get them redone someday i guess.. thinking about having horizontal and vertical next time

i have had a cover up done before , you could still see the original tattoo so i had to have it recovered about 5 times.. and my nose piercing hurt realy bad for the first few weeks when i first had it done with an ear gun.... which i think you are not suppose to do!! but its ok now :)

only 2 tattoo's, used to have my ears pierced 3 times in each, but that was when i was younger, i've taken them all out now.

Its not designed to do noses. In fact, its not designed to do anything but earlobes, nothing else. You pierce anything otehr than lobes with a stud gun, you cause severe tissue damage, mainly due to the fact that youre shoving a blunt stud through tissue. All piercings should ideally be done with a sterile packed, single use cannula needle. Anyone who offers to pierce ANY part of your body with a gun should be avoided like the plague.

i'v got 10 tats, one on back of each hand one on each finger.

I had both my nose piercings done by a gun (this was getting on for 16 years ago), I made sure he didn't put the butterfly on the back-even though he objected about leaving it off-and luckily I didn't have any problem with either of them.

It does make me cringe now though, thinking about having it done with a gun:loopy:
